CSA Program

community shared Agriculture

Straight from our farm to your table.

What is CSA?

Community Shared Agriculture is a way to receive fresh harvested produce, eggs and poultry on a weekly basis. Becoming a member to us means you are investing in our farm, as a result you get a “share” of everything we harvest on a weekly basis.

What can I expect to get?

Each Thursday from July 4th to October 10th (15 weeks) you will receive a bounty of fresh produce. We typically aim to include a minimum of ten items per week, but this can be more difficult to achieve in the first couple weeks. We offer Farm pick up or Home delivery*.

As a member you also receive 10% off any additional purchases

  • at farmers’ markets

  • on farm pickup

  • added on to CSA home deliveries

Farm Pick up $650

Home Delivery* $740

Add on Egg Share $82.50 (one dozen each week)

By ordering egg shares with your CSA registration this will lock you in at $5.50/dozen and guarantee availability. Eggs can be purchased outside of initial CSA signup and throughout the season if available for $7.00 per dozen.

*Home Delivery In Winnipeg must be South of Notre Dame and West of Lagimodiere. Apartment deliveries may not be accepted.

Is a CSA right for me?

A CSA doesn’t always allow for the produce we want when we want it. However, it always allows the access to the most fresh, organic seasonal produce that nature provides when she provides it. It also encourages you to cook outside your comfort zone and get creative in the kitchen. Each week we include a newsletter with informative cooking tips that inspires you to be the ant AND the grasshopper.
